Room rates are for double occupancy and include a full breakfast and applicable taxes.
Add $25 for an extra person.
Deduct $10 for single occupancy.
Children 12 years and under, sharing a room with their parents, stay free (Kokopelli & Saguaro each have a twin sofa bed).
Minimum stay of 2 nights required for all Coyote Suite reservations.
Minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all rooms, during February and March.
Policies:
* Check-in is 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

* Indian Hill is a Non-Smoking establishment.
* There are no pets on the premises.
* We regret that pets cannot be accommodated.
Deposit:
A confirmation deposit equal to one night or one third of the estimated total stay (whichever is greater) is required with your reservation.
Deposits may be charged to your credit card to confirm your reservation.
All balances are due in full at check-in (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks and cash).
Cancellation:
Should it become necessary to cancel a reservation please provide written notice a minimum of 72 hours prior to check-in date to receive a refund, less a $20 administration charge.
For cancellations with shorter notice, deposit funds will be applied to cover any night(s) of the reserved stay for which the room is not subsequently occupied.
