A full breakfast is served between 7:30 a.m.
and 8:30 a.m. in the Great Room dining area or, if preferred,
outside on the patio. A freshly prepared hot dish is offered daily.
It may be eggs gratin (baked eggs topped with mushrooms,
green onions, bell pepper and cheese) served with chicken and
apple sausage, or blueberry french toast with blueberry-maple
syrup, or perhaps a scrumptious three cheese and salsa omelet, a
guest favorite. |
In addition, we provide a buffet of fresh fruit salad; yogurt; a selection of cereals including organic, wholegrain and low carb; fresh breads from a local French bakery (some of our favorites are country whole grain, cranberry walnut, or cinnamon raisin!)
Beverages include Starbucks regular and decaffeinated coffees prepared and served in thermal French presses. Tea-drinkers do not despair! We have a varied selection available for a freshly-brewed cup! Every effort is made to accommodate guests’ dietary restrictions.
